1. サービス概要 / Service
Slack MCP Gateway は、ユーザーが接続した Slack ワークスペースに対し、AI エージェントが Model Context Protocol (MCP) 経由で読み書きを行うための仲介ゲートウェイを提供します。
The Service provides a Model Context Protocol (MCP) gateway that lets AI agents read/write the Slack workspaces a user has connected.
2. アカウント / Account
本サービスを利用するには、サインアップしてアカウントを作成する必要があります。アカウント情報の正確性、認証情報の機密性はユーザーが管理するものとします。
To use the Service you must sign up. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and the confidentiality of your credentials.
3. ユーザーの責任 / User Responsibilities
ユーザーは以下に同意します:
- 本サービスを Slack の利用規約に準拠して利用する。
- 接続した Slack ワークスペースのデータに対する自身の権限の範囲内でのみ操作を行う。
- 発行された MCP トークンを安全に管理し、漏洩した場合は速やかに失効させる。
- 第三者の権利を侵害する用途で本サービスを使用しない。
You agree to:
- Use the Service in compliance with Slack's terms of service.
- Operate only within your own authority over the connected Slack workspaces' data.
- Keep issued MCP tokens secure and revoke them promptly if compromised.
- Not use the Service in ways that infringe third-party rights.
4. 禁止事項 / Prohibited Use
- 不正アクセスやリバースエンジニアリングの試行。
- スパム送信、詐欺、その他違法行為への利用。
- 大量の自動化リクエストによる本サービスまたは Slack API への過負荷。
- 他者の秘密情報を権限なく取得する目的での利用。
You may not:
- Attempt unauthorized access or reverse engineering.
- Use the Service for spam, fraud, or other illegal activity.
- Overload the Service or Slack APIs through high-volume automated requests.
- Access others' confidential information without authorization.
5. 免責事項 / Disclaimer of Warranties
本サービスは「現状有姿」で提供されます。本サービスが中断なく動作すること、またはエラーが含まれていないことは保証しません。本サービスを通じて Slack 上で行われる読み書き操作の結果について、一切の責任を負いません。
The Service is provided "as is." We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for the consequences of read/write operations performed on Slack through the Service.
6. 責任の制限 / Limitation of Liability
法律で許容される最大限において、本サービスの提供者は、本サービスの利用または利用不能から生じる、直接的、間接的、付随的、結果的損害について一切の責任を負いません。
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
7. 終了 / Termination
ユーザーはいつでもアカウントを削除できます。本サービスの提供者は、本規約違反を理由に、事前通知の有無を問わずアカウントを停止または削除する権利を留保します。
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
8. 規約の変更 / Changes
本規約を変更する場合、本ページの「最終更新」日付を更新します。重要な変更がある場合は登録メールアドレスにお知らせします。継続利用は変更後の規約への同意とみなします。
We may update these Terms; we will update the "Last Updated" date above. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
9. 準拠法 / Governing Law
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本規約に関する紛争は日本の裁判所を専属管轄とします。
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan; disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Japanese courts.
